I have over 35 years of conservation leadership experience, including 18 years as a successful Executive Director. I have been providing consulting services since 2018.  I excel at communications planning and support, designing and leading strategic planning, facilitating effective collaborations and coalitions, designing and launching new projects and programs, and providing sophisticated situational analysis.

Successful Executive Director

• Executive leader: Grew nonprofit conservation group from $200K annual budget to over $1.5 million with over ten staff and a 36 member AmeriCorps program. Positioned organization as a respected leader in the state and region.
• Collaborative and passionate advocate and networker: Founded/co-founded numerous water and land networks in the Sierra creating peer learning, advancing shared regional campaigns, and successfully passing legislation.
